• If we cannot fulfill your order we will notify you and refund any amount charged for the unavailable items.

6. Shipping & dropshipping

• Many of our items are shipped via third‑party suppliers (dropshipping). When you place an order we share necessary shipping details (name, address, phone, email) with the supplier to fulfill the order.

• Delivery times may vary by product and supplier. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

• If an order is delayed or lost in transit, contact us at social.sport.surge@gmail.com so we can investigate with the carrier and supplier.

7. Returns, refunds & exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled as described in our Return & Refund Policy posted on the site. By placing an order you agree that the terms of that policy apply to returns and refunds for your purchase.

8. Use restrictions and prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or infringe others’ rights;

• Submit harmful, obscene, abusive, or illegal content;

• Interfere with the site’s operation or attempt to access restricted areas;

• Use automated tools to scrape data or otherwise collect information without permission.
  We may suspend or terminate accounts and refuse service for prohibited conduct.
