Welcome — we partner with trusted suppliers worldwide to bring premium fitness gear to your door. Sport-Surge is a dropshipping store: most orders are fulfilled by third-party suppliers. Below is our consolidated shipping policy.

Processing times (order handling)
Processing time begins when you place a confirmed order and payment clears.

In-stock items: 1–2 business days.

Standard / Special orders: 1–5 business days.

Custom / Made-to-order equipment: 5–10 business days.
Note: Some suppliers may require additional processing time; if so we will notify you. “Business days” = Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping options, delivery times & costs
Delivery times below are after processing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on origin supplier(s), item weight/size, and destination.
Romania (domestic)

Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days after processing.

Free Shipping: automatically applied on eligible Romania orders over 200 RON at checkout.

Expedited / Express: may be available for some items and will be shown at checkout.
European Union

Standard Shipping: typically 5–15 business days after processing.

Express Shipping: available for many EU destinations (shown at checkout).
International (outside EU)

Standard Shipping: 7–25 business days after processing (typical window 10–25 business days).

Free Shipping: may apply for certain promotions. Example thresholds (promotions may vary): $50 for specific international promotions — actual free-shipping thresholds are shown at checkout.

Carriers
We work with a mix of local and international carriers depending on destination and supplier, such as Fan Courier, Urgent Cargus, Sameday, DHL, FedEx and local postal services. Carrier choice is determined by the supplier and destination. -
Order tracking & notifications

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is handed to the carrier.

Tracking information can take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

If your order ships in multiple packages you’ll receive a tracking number for each.

Multiple / split shipments
Items fulfilled by different suppliers may ship separately and arrive on different days. Shipping charges (if any) and tracking numbers will reflect that. -
Customs, duties & taxes (international)
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes or brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or our shipping charge and must be paid by the recipient to clear delivery. We recommend checking local import rules and cost estimates before ordering. -
Address accuracy & changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses. If you need to change an address after placing an order, contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped we may not be able to reroute it; additional fees may apply. -
Delivery issues, delays & force majeure
Delays can be caused by customs, local postal services, extreme weather, public holidays, supplier stockouts or carrier issues. Sport-Surge is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs. For significant delays contact us so we can escalate with the supplier/carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, governmental actions). -
Lost or missing packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package: contact the carrier first, then email us within 14 days of the delivery date if the carrier cannot resolve it. If tracking shows the package as lost, we will open an investigation with the carrier and the supplier. Lost/damage investigations typically take between 14 and 30 days. Resolutions may include reshipment or refund; outcome depends on the supplier and carrier insurance. -
Damaged items on arrival
Inspect your package on delivery. If the item is damaged, retain the packaging, take photos of the damaged item and packaging, and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll begin a claim with the supplier/carrier and advise next steps (refund, replacement, or partial refund). -
Returns, exchanges & cancellations

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery (exceptions for custom items).

Custom or made-to-order equipment may be non-returnable or subject to different rules.

Customers typically pay return shipping unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement provided processing has not begun. If processing or fulfillment has started cancellation may not be possible; in that case the returns process applies. Certain suppliers may have different cancellation cutoffs — these will be noted on the product or at checkout when applicable.

Oversized, hazardous, or restricted items
Some oversized or heavy items require special handling and additional shipping time/costs. Hazardous materials (e.g., some batteries or chemical-based items) may ship via ground only and may be restricted by destination — contact us for specific product shipping requirements. -
Insurance & liability
Shipments may be insured depending on the supplier/carrier. If you want declared value/insurance for a high-value order please contact us before purchase to arrange (additional fees may apply). Sport-Surge is not liable for carrier delays, theft after confirmed delivery, or customs seizures. We will work with suppliers and carriers to resolve issues where possible. -
Signature on delivery & high-value shipments
Signature on delivery can be requested for high-value orders where supported by the carrier (may incur extra fees). Contact us if you require this service. -
Peak seasons & cutoff times
During peak seasons (holidays, sales) processing and delivery can take longer. Expect increased processing times during these periods. Order cutoff times for same-day processing depend on the supplier and will be displayed at checkout when available. -
Eco & packaging statement
We and our suppliers strive to use recyclable or minimal packaging where possible. Packaging materials and practices may vary by supplier. -
Privacy & shipping data
We use the shipping information you provide only to fulfill your order and for carrier communications. For more details, see our Privacy Policy. -
Price & currency notes
Checkout will display shipping costs and currency appropriate to your region. Free-shipping thresholds and promotions may vary by currency and region (e.g., 299 RON for Romania promotions). The checkout page shows the active thresholds. -
